Our Philosophy
Most coaching programs hand you a plan and hope it fits your life. ElevateHER starts somewhere different, with you. Who you are, how you're wired, what matters most to you, and where you want to go.
We call it The ElevateHER Way: Transformation by Design, Not by Chance.
ElevateHER is built on the same Human Performance principles I have applied across three decades of business leadership and more than fifteen years of coaching.
Another year of trying harder won't create a different future. It only creates more of the same.
You're entering a new season that requires a different approach.
What got you here may not be what gets you where you're going next. The work begins by seeing yourself clearly, then designing what comes next on purpose, on your terms, and with a plan that fits the woman you are becoming.
Most women don't need more information.
What they need is a different way to think about lasting transformation.
Her season
Her strengths
Her priorities
Her challenges
Because lasting transformation isn't about trying harder. It's about intentionally designing what comes next.
That's the ElevateHER Method.
At ElevateHER, I don't believe in one-size-fits-all programs or quick fixes. Every woman's midlife journey is different, which is why our coaching is personalized to you.
Together, we'll use evidence-based strategies, my expertise in health, behavior, and accountability coaching, and your unique goals, lifestyle, and experiences to create a plan that works for your life, not someone else's.
My role isn't to simply tell you what to do. It's to help you understand why it works, personalize it to your life, and build the sustainable habits that make you stronger, healthier, and more energized for the long term, so you can confidently lead yourself. Because my goal was never to create women who depend on a coach.
My goal is to develop women who confidently lead themselves.
Every woman has a story. Every woman has faced challenges that shaped her. Every woman has strengths she may not fully recognize yet. And every woman has a different vision for what she wants her next chapter to look like.
There isn't one definition of success. For one woman, it's building strength. For another, it's the energy to travel or keep up with grandchildren. For someone else, it's navigating menopause with confidence, leading at work, or simply feeling like herself again.
That's why ElevateHER doesn't begin with a program. It begins with you, your story, your strengths, your values, your goals, your season of life.
Because transformation isn't about becoming someone else. It's about intentionally becoming more fully yourself.
My own journey shaped this work. Long before I coached executives and leadership teams, I was the overweight young girl who wondered if lasting change was really possible, and I never forgot what it feels like to want someone to see more than a number on the scale. That experience became a lifelong passion for understanding how people change. I've owned weight loss centers, coached thousands of people, and, across three decades as a leader and entrepreneur, and since 2009 as a coach, worked with leaders, teams, and organizations to create lasting change. And what I found is that the principles of lasting transformation are remarkably consistent , whether I'm helping a CEO lead an organization or a woman navigate menopause.
ElevateHER brings together everything I've learned professionally and everything I've lived personally.
Because women in midlife deserve more than another program. They deserve coaching that sees the whole woman, and equips her to confidently lead herself.
We Believe
Every woman is uniquely designed by God with purpose, potential, and the ability to keep growing through every season of life.
Transformation doesn't happen by chance. It happens by design.
We combine evidence-based coaching, behavioral science, personalized strategies, and accountability to help women build lasting health, strength, confidence, and purpose.
We don't coach symptoms. We coach whole women. Because the goal isn't simply living longer, it's living stronger, healthier, and with more joy in every season.
ElevateHER isn't a menopause program, a fitness program, a nutrition program, or another weight-loss plan. It's a Human Performance coaching experience designed specifically for women in midlife, and that distinction changes everything.
While we absolutely focus on health, nutrition, strength, and navigating menopause with evidence-based strategies, we also work on confidence, mindset, habits, communication, stress, accountability, and creating a life that feels aligned with who you are today. Because your energy, your confidence, your relationships, and your sense of purpose don't live in separate compartments , and your coaching shouldn't either.
Person-focused coaching means taking the time to understand who you are, how you're uniquely wired, what matters most to you, and where you want to go. Only then do we build a personalized roadmap that aligns with your goals, lifestyle, strengths, and values.
My goal isn't to help you feel better for a few months. It's to help you become the strongest, healthiest, most confident version of yourself, and to give you the tools to lead her for the rest of your life.
Four foundations. Every decision we make together is built on them.
The Formula
What the research tells us. Science guides our recommendations, not trends or fads.
My experience in health coaching, behavioral science, leadership development, and accountability: the professional judgment to personalize what the evidence says.
Your goals, values, lifestyle, health history, symptoms, preferences, and what matters most to you. You are the expert on your own life.
Turning knowledge into consistent action. A blueprint only creates results when someone consistently brings it to life.
What "evidence-based" actually means
"Evidence-based" is easy to say. Here's what it means at ElevateHER: every recommendation you receive is informed by current research and best practices across exercise science, nutrition science, behavioral science, habit formation, psychology, menopause research, healthy aging and longevity, human performance, and emotional intelligence.
And when emerging science is worth watching, like new research in longevity, we explore it together honestly: what we know, what we don't, and what it might mean for you. No medical claims. No miracle promises. Just science, translated into strategies that fit your real life.
Evidence provides the roadmap. Expertise personalizes the journey. Accountability creates momentum. You create the transformation.
These aren't words on a wall. They're commitments you'll feel in every conversation.
Evidence
We lead with science, because your time, energy, and trust are too valuable to spend on trends.
Integrity
We tell you the truth about what works, what doesn't, and what we don't yet know. Honest coaching is the only kind worth having.
Strength
Physical, mental, and emotional strength can be built at every age. You are never too old to become stronger.
Growth
You are not behind. You are still building. Midlife isn't the end of your story, in many ways, it's where your strongest chapter begins.
Compassion
We hold high standards with a human heart. You will be challenged here. You will never be shamed here.
Accountability
Knowing what to do has rarely been your problem. We walk beside you until doing it becomes who you are.
Community
No woman should navigate midlife alone. Connection isn't a bonus feature. It's part of the design.
Empowerment
We measure success by how confidently you lead yourself, not by how long you need us. That's freedom.
At ElevateHER, we don't believe coaching is about telling women what to do.
We believe coaching is about helping women discover what is right for them.
Our role is to educate, guide, encourage, and empower, not control. We combine evidence-based coaching, behavioral science, strategic insight, and accountability to help each woman better understand herself, make informed decisions, and create lasting change that aligns with her values, goals, and season of life.
I don't diagnose or prescribe. I educate, coach, and empower women to build sustainable habits using evidence-based exercise, nutrition, behavior change, and personalized strategies designed around who they are.
We coach the whole woman, not just the symptoms.
Because lasting transformation doesn't come from dependence on a coach. It comes from education before dependence, from empowering women to confidently lead themselves.
This isn't marketing language. It's the covenant I make with every woman who trusts me with her next chapter.
I promise to see you as a whole person, never just a diagnosis, a number on the scale, or a season of life.
I promise to help you discover how you're uniquely designed, your strengths, behaviors, motivations, and the factors that shape your health and performance, so your plan is built on who you actually are, not who a program assumes you to be.
I promise to bring you evidence-based coaching while honoring your values, goals, preferences, and autonomy. You will always understand the why behind every recommendation, and the decisions will always be yours.
I promise to create a safe, judgment-free space where you feel heard, respected, challenged, and supported, often in the same conversation.
I promise to ask thoughtful questions, listen deeply, and help you connect the dots between your health, mindset, relationships, leadership, and purpose.
I promise to celebrate your progress, help you navigate setbacks with resilience, and hold you accountable with compassion, never shame.
Most of all…
I promise to help you build the confidence, strength, and clarity to become the healthiest, strongest, most authentic version of yourself, not just while we work together, but long after. Because my goal isn't for you to depend on me forever.
My goal is to help you confidently lead yourself.
, Tracy Winkler, Founder of ElevateHER
My greatest success isn't measured by how long you need me. It's measured by how confidently you learn to lead yourself.
Let's start with a conversation, no pressure, no pitch. Just an honest look at where you are and where you want to go.
