Meet Tracy

I’m still building, too.

I am driven, curious and naturally wired to go deep. I have spent more than three decades in leadership, entrepreneurship and business, and I have been coaching since 2009 across health, behavior change, leadership and human performance. At 57, I am stronger than I was at 40.

Tracy Winkler is a coach, mentor, and human behavior strategist. She helps you understand how your strengths, motivations, and patterns influence your decisions, relationships, and follow-through, then apply that understanding to the goals that matter to you.

I believe in honest conversations and saying what needs to be said in a way that helps you grow.
