About Tracy

Tracy Winkler · High Performance Coach for Ambitious Women in Midlife

Performance. Growth. Possibility.

I work with ambitious women in midlife who are still building.

Women who have accomplished a lot, carry a lot of capacity, and know there is still more ahead.

Sometimes the work begins with health and physical strength.

Sometimes it begins with a decision, a changing role, a transition, a question about purpose, or the realization that what worked before no longer fits.

My work is to help women see themselves and their circumstances more clearly, make more intentional decisions, and build what comes next.

By Design, Not by Chance.

I know what it means to keep building.

I know what it means to build something, become successful inside it, and eventually realize the next season requires something different.

My life has taken me through leadership, entrepreneurship, health, loss, reinvention, coaching, relationships, faith and more than one season of asking, "What now?"

I have spent much of my life building. Businesses. Teams. Strength. New directions. And more than once, a new version of myself. That experience shapes the way I coach today.

Those seasons have taught me that growth is not always about adding more.

Sometimes it is about seeing more clearly.

Sometimes it is about changing the strategy.

Sometimes it is about letting go of what no longer fits.

And sometimes it is about having the courage to build again.

You are not behind. You are still building.

The experience behind the work

For more than three decades, I have worked at the intersection of leadership, business, behavior and performance.

I spent two decades in executive leadership inside a family-owned billion-dollar petroleum and transportation business, later built and owned businesses of my own, including medical weight-loss clinics, and have been coaching since 2009 across executive, business, health and life.

Over the years, I became increasingly interested in the same question:

Why do highly capable people sometimes know exactly what to do and still struggle to create the result they want?

That question led me deeper into behavior, motivation, performance, identity, health, habits and the environments that shape how we operate.

Tracy Winkler speaking to women about courage, growth and performance

I have spent much of my career helping people and organizations perform better.

ElevateHER is where I bring that experience directly to women.

Why I built ElevateHER

Women do not live in separate categories.

I kept seeing the same thing in accomplished women.

They were not lacking intelligence. They were not lacking ambition. And most did not need more information.

They needed a place where the pieces could be looked at together.

Health. Behavior. Strength. Confidence. Relationships. Responsibilities. Performance. What was changing. What still fit. And what they wanted next.

Most industries separate those pieces. Women do not live that way.

That is why I built ElevateHER.

We start with the woman. Then we go where the real work is.

I am not here to hand you my answer.

My job is to help you see your own patterns clearly enough to decide what comes next.

I listen for patterns

What you repeat, what energizes you, what you avoid, and where what you say you want may not match how you are operating.

I offer strategy

A clear way forward when you already know the goal but are not sure which move matters first.

I ask the unseen question

The question you have not asked yourself, or the one that is hard to see from inside your own life.

I reflect back what matters

Helping you separate what deserves your attention from everything competing for it.

I am a coach. I am also a thinking partner.

I will challenge you. I will not judge you. And we will not talk simply to talk.

We turn what we discover into movement.

I am still building, too.

Four things shape how I show up in this work.

I am

A coach

Because a good question can change what we are able to see.

I am

A builder

Decades of creating, leading and changing direction when the old answer stopped fitting.

I am

A thinking partner

Capable women rarely need to be told what to do. They need to see clearly enough to decide.

I am

A strong woman

Physical strength gives us capacity for the life we still want to live.

And I am still building, because growth has no expiration date.

That is the woman I bring to this work.

Performance By Design

Performance is rarely about effort alone.

How we think, what we believe, how we are wired, the patterns we repeat, the environments we live in and the decisions we make all influence how we show up.

That is why I start with the woman, not the category.

See It.

Understand what is true now.

Decide It.

Choose what matters.

Move It.

Turn insight into intentional action.

Build It.

Create what comes next.

There is a method to the work. There is no formula for the woman.

By Design, Not by Chance.

Strength changed the way I think about aging.

My relationship with weight and health began long before I became a coach.

I lost my first 40 pounds between eighth and ninth grade.

At 32, being told I was pre-diabetic forced me to take my health more seriously. I picked up a weight for the first time, changed how I ate and eventually built a career that included health and weight-loss coaching.

For years I also lived inside the restrictive low-carb thinking common in the industry.

Near the end of 2020 I was diagnosed with Hashimoto's. Eventually, my own body and health forced me to reconsider what performance required.

I stopped making smaller the goal. I started building.

More food. More intelligent fueling. Progressive strength. Recovery. Behavior. Consistency. A strategy designed for the woman I was now.

At 57, I am measurably stronger than I was at 40.

But the most important strength I have built is not measured in the gym.

Self-trust. Discernment. Resilience. The willingness to change direction. The ability to keep moving when the old answer no longer fits.

The life behind the work

Reinvention is not theory here.

Wife. Mom of three. Proud bonus mom. Grandmother to three. Married, divorced after 20 years, and remarried to a partner where neither of us has to fix the other.

I have lost businesses. I lost my brother at 34 and later my father. I have rebuilt more than once, and learning to keep moving forward while honoring what matters is part of the work I now do with other women.

My faith shapes how I think about purpose, stewardship, resilience and the responsibility to use what we have been given well.

I do not believe we reach a certain age and become finished.

I believe there is still something to build, something to contribute and something to become.
