I spent three decades as a leader, entrepreneur, and business owner, and since 2009 I've coached leaders, organizations, and now high performing women through growth, change, and transformation, grounded in behavioral science, human performance, and intentional design. Now Elevate2Grow and ElevateHER connect beautifully: one ecosystem, one philosophy, applied wherever high performance matters most.

I'm Tracy Winkler. Wife. Mom of three. Proud bonus mom. Grandmother to five. Married, divorced, and remarried to the love of my life. At 57, I'm still building and I believe every woman deserves a next chapter that's designed with intention.

Sometimes the breakthrough isn't learning something new. It's finally seeing yourself clearly.

Where It Began

My passion didn't begin with leadership. It began with people.

Long before the boardrooms, the leadership teams, and the certifications, I was the overweight young girl who struggled with confidence and wondered if lasting change was really possible. I know what it feels like to be handed a plan that wasn't built for you. I know what it feels like to want someone to see more than the number on the scale.

I never forgot her.

That experience became a lifelong passion for understanding how people actually change, not just what to do, but why we do what we do, and what it takes for change to last. It led me to own weight loss centers, to coach thousands of people, and since 2009, into more than fifteen years of coaching leaders, teams, and organizations.

Different rooms, same question: how do people become who they're capable of becoming?

Everything I've built since then, Elevate2Grow, ElevateHER, and every coaching conversation in between, is my answer. Because I believe people are capable of more than they think.

Not every woman I coach came from that story. Some have been the top performer in every room they ever walked into, and are quietly asking, for the first time, what am I actually building now, and for whom? This work is for her too.

Why I Built ElevateHER

For the woman who is still building.

Along the way I kept noticing something I could not ignore. The same patterns showing up in high performing organizations were quietly showing up in high performing women's lives. Overinvested in everyone else. Underdesigned for themselves.

That is why I built ElevateHER.

The Life Behind the Work

Because credentials only tell half the story.

At 57, I am not chasing smaller. I am building stronger. I train with structure, eat enough to fuel it, and protect my recovery, because I know what it feels like to work hard without a clear strategy. That experience shapes how I coach women now.

Reinvention

Life doesn't always follow the plan we imagined. I've lived endings, new beginnings, and the work of rebuilding a life I love. Reinvention isn't theory here. I've lived it.

Resilience

I've experienced the loss of people I deeply loved, including my brother and most recently my father. Grief changes us. Learning to keep moving forward while honoring what matters is part of the journey.

Strength

My relationship with health evolved from trying to become smaller to building the strength, energy, and capacity to fully live the life I'm still creating. The scale stopped being the measure a long time ago.

Three decades of business leadership, two of them inside billion dollar enterprises. Coaching since 2009 across executive, health, life, and business coaching. IIN trained. Behavioral science and human performance analytics.

Everything in that list is inside every plan I build. You do not need to understand how it all fits together. That is my job. I pull three decades of leadership, coaching, behavioral science, and human performance into one design, made simple, and made yours.
