I spent three decades as a leader, entrepreneur, and business owner, and since 2009 I've coached leaders, organizations, and now high performing women through growth, change, and transformation — grounded in behavioral science, human performance, and intentional design. Now Elevate2Grow and ElevateHER connect beautifully: one ecosystem, one philosophy, applied wherever high performance matters most.

I'm Tracy Winkler. Wife. Mom of three. Proud bonus mom. Grandmother to five. Married, divorced, and remarried to the love of my life. At 57, I'm still building and I believe every woman deserves a next chapter that's designed with intention.

Along the way I kept noticing something I couldn't ignore: the same patterns showing up in high performing organizations were quietly showing up in high performing women's lives.

Sometimes the breakthrough isn't learning something new. It's finally seeing yourself clearly.

Where It Began

My passion didn't begin with leadership. It began with people.

Long before the boardrooms, the leadership teams, and the certifications, I was the overweight young girl who struggled with confidence and wondered if lasting change was really possible. I know what it feels like to be handed a plan that wasn't built for you. I know what it feels like to want someone to see more than the number on the scale.

I never forgot her.

That experience became a lifelong passion for understanding how people actually change, not just what to do, but why we do what we do, and what it takes for change to last. It led me to own weight loss centers, to coach thousands of people, and — since 2009 — into more than fifteen years of coaching leaders, teams, and organizations to perform.

Different rooms, same question: how do people become who they're capable of becoming?

Everything I've built since then, Elevate2Grow, ElevateHER, and every coaching conversation in between, is my answer. Because I believe people are capable of more than they think.

Why I Built ElevateHER

For the woman who is still building.

The women I met, executives, entrepreneurs, mothers, caregivers, and women quietly navigating life's transitions, often shared the same underlying struggle. Not because they weren't capable. Because they had spent years investing in everyone and everything around them and somewhere along the way stopped investing in themselves.

They had achieved success and still quietly questioned what was next. They wanted more energy, more confidence, stronger health, deeper purpose. They didn't need another approach telling them to do more. They needed someone who could help them see themselves clearly, and intentionally design what came next.

I spent decades helping organizations transform before realizing many high performing women needed the same clarity, accountability, and intentional design in their own lives.

That's why I built ElevateHER.

I believe women don't become invisible in midlife. They become incredibly powerful when they finally stop living by everyone else's expectations.

The Life Behind the Work

Because credentials only tell half the story.

Reinvention

Life doesn't always follow the plan we imagined. I've lived endings, new beginnings, and the work of rebuilding a life I love. Reinvention isn't theory here. I've lived it.

Resilience

I've experienced the loss of people I deeply loved, including my brother and most recently my father. Grief changes us. Learning to keep moving forward while honoring what matters is part of the journey.

Strength

My relationship with health evolved from trying to become smaller to building the strength, energy, and capacity to fully live the life I'm still creating. The scale stopped being the measure a long time ago.

My Coaching Philosophy

You are more than a diagnosis, a number, or a stage of life.

Over time I realized the same principles that create lasting transformation inside organizations also create lasting transformation in people's lives.

Today my coaching integrates executive coaching, leadership development, behavioral science, human performance, health coaching, nutrition, strength training, accountability, and evidence based menopause coaching into one personalized approach.

Because lasting transformation isn't about becoming someone different.

It's about intentionally becoming more of who you were designed to be.

If you asked me what my life's work is, I wouldn't say assessments, or leadership development, or menopause coaching. I'd say this: I develop people who confidently lead themselves. It was true in the boardroom. It's true with leadership teams. And it's true with every woman I coach today.

Whether in a boardroom or one on one, I've always believed the greatest measure of coaching isn't how long someone needs you. It's how confidently they move forward without you.

My mission with ElevateHER is simple: helping women intentionally design their strongest next chapter, around who they are, what matters most, and the life they want to create.

In Tracy's Words

You are not behind. You are still building.

Midlife is not the end of your story. It's a season that deserves a different strategy, designed for the woman you are becoming.
