The Change Capacity Check-up.

Before you choose your next change, find out what you are working with.

Most women blame willpower when change does not stick. But lasting change runs on capacity: your mindset, your self-awareness, your ability to steady yourself, and the support around you. Capacity is not fixed, and it is not a grade. It is a starting point, and knowing yours changes what you should take on first. Twenty statements, about four minutes, and your results arrive immediately.

How to answer.

Rate each statement for how you actually live right now, over the last three months, not your best week and not your intentions. Here is the scale, using one example: "I can say no when my plate is full."

  • Not like me: essentially never happens.
  • Rarely like me: it has happened, but I can count the times.
  • Sometimes like me: it depends on the day, roughly half and half.
  • Often like me: this is usually true, with exceptions.
  • Very like me: this is simply how I operate.

There are no right answers, and honest beats impressive. This is a starting-point reading, not a grade.
