1:1 Health & Performance Coaching

A good strategy has to work in real life.

Personalized strategy. Focused check-ins. Thoughtful adjustment.

Put your strategy into practice with Tracy helping you see what is working, what needs attention, and what deserves to change.

This is not about following Tracy’s plan. It is about building the strategy that works for you.

Where Coaching Begins

Every coaching relationship begins with understanding you.

You complete your Personal Performance Blueprint before we meet. Tracy reviews the full picture, then you meet for a 90-minute strategy session to determine what deserves your attention now.

From there, your priorities, nutrition guidance when appropriate, training strategy, and habits are organized into a plan you can actually run in your week.

The Blueprint helps determine what matters. Coaching helps you apply it, measure what happens, and adjust from there.

Performance By Design

  1. See It

    Understand what is true

Your Blueprint shows Tracy the full picture of where you are now.

  2. Decide It

    Choose what matters

In your 90-minute session you determine what deserves your attention.

  3. Move It

    Turn insight into action

You put the strategy into practice and learn from what happens.

  4. Build It

    Create what comes next

Repeated intentional action becomes strength, capacity, and self-trust.

By the End of 12 Weeks

You should understand what matters most for your health and performance now, have a personalized strategy you have tested in real life, know what is working and what needs adjusting, and feel more confident making your next decisions without starting over.

You may not be finished with the result you are building. But you should no longer be guessing about how to move forward.

At the end of the season, you and Tracy look at what has changed, what you need now, and what deserves the next 90 days.

Weekly By Design Check-In

Notice. Interpret. Adjust. Keep moving.

Once a week, take a few minutes to look at what worked, what created friction, what you noticed, and where you need Tracy’s perspective. Tracy reviews the check-in and provides focused feedback, an adjustment when needed, and a clear next useful step.

  1. 01

    Do the Work

    Put the strategy into practice.

  2. 02

    Check In

Share what worked, what created friction, what you noticed, and where you want Tracy's perspective.

  3. 03

    Get Focused Feedback

Tracy responds with what she sees, an adjustment when one is needed, and your next useful step.

  4. 04

    Adjust and Keep Building

Keep what is working. Change what needs changing. Simplify when needed.

Six 15-minute Progress Check-Ins happen about every other week. These are short, focused conversations used to clarify questions, address friction, review what you are noticing, make a useful adjustment, and keep the work moving.

The goal is not to judge the week. It is to learn from it.

You do the work. Tracy helps you see what the work is showing you.

Along the Way

What’s worth knowing about.

You do not need another shelf full of products or a longer list of things to do.

When relevant, Tracy may help you think through supplements, nutrition products, recovery tools, health and performance resources, and other options that may support the strategy you are already building.

The goal is not to add more.

It is to help you understand:

  • What may be worth considering
  • What is probably unnecessary
  • What may make your strategy easier to execute
  • What deserves more research
  • What is appropriate to discuss with your healthcare provider

Tracy may also share products and resources she personally uses, trusts, or believes are worth knowing about.

You do not need everything. You need to know what is worth your attention.

Some resources Tracy shares may include affiliate links. When they do, Tracy may receive a commission at no additional cost to you. Recommendations are based on relevance, not commission.

What We Coach

The strategy is built around what you need now.

Nutrition & Fueling

When appropriate, Tracy helps you establish personalized calorie and macro targets and a practical way to execute them.

Think simple meal guides, repeatable meals, protein anchors, portion guidance, restaurant strategies, travel strategies, and tools that make eating well easier to repeat.

Decide once. Repeat often.

Strength & Movement

Tracy helps you evaluate whether your current training supports your goals and guides frequency, progressive overload, progression, recovery, mobility, and daily movement.

You may train in a gym, at home, with Tonal, with a trainer, or with an established program. We do not automatically replace what is already working.

Already use Tonal?

Tracy is a Tonal user herself and can help you make your Tonal training part of the larger strategy.

The Result

Less second-guessing. More confidence in what comes next.

  • You train with purpose.
  • You know how to fuel yourself.
  • You understand what you are measuring and why.
  • You know when to adjust and when to stay the course.
  • A difficult week no longer means starting over.

You are building more than a result. You are building strength, capacity, and confidence for the life ahead, along with greater trust in your ability to know what to do when something changes.

Why Tracy

Coaching that looks beyond the plan.

Tracy has been coaching since 2009 across health, behavior change, accountability, leadership, and human performance.

She also knows what it is like when the old strategy stops working. Midlife required her to change how she fueled, trained, recovered, and measured progress. At 57, she is stronger than she was at 40.

Understand the woman first. Then design the strategy.

No generic template.

No automatic assumption that more effort is the answer.

No shame when real life interrupts.

Who This Is For

1:1 coaching may be right for you if:

  • You want personalized strategy plus ongoing accountability.
  • You value regular feedback and direct access when questions come up.
  • You want someone helping you interpret the information, not just handing you a plan.
  • You want your nutrition and training to fit your actual life.
  • You want to become more confident and capable, not more dependent on coaching.

The Personal Performance Blueprint may be enough if:

You want personalized direction but are comfortable implementing it independently once you know what deserves your attention.

Limited 1:1 Capacity

Ready to stop guessing and start building?

One focused 90-day season, with the strategy built around you and Tracy alongside you while you test it.

By Design, Not by Chance.

Coaching is not only about hitting a health number. It is about building the strength, energy, confidence and capacity to support the life you are still creating.

For Continuing Clients

Your next 12 weeks.

You may not be finished building your health or performance result after 12 weeks.

If the strategy is working and continued private feedback would be useful, you may continue for another 12-week coaching season without repeating the Personal Performance Blueprint and 90-minute strategy process.

  • Weekly By Design Check-In
  • Concise personalized feedback and adjustments
  • Six 15-minute Progress Check-Ins, about every other week
  • Continued coaching around health, nutrition, strength, behavior, habits and implementation within Tracy's scope
  • End-of-season review and a recommendation for what comes next

$997 paid in full, or 3 monthly payments of $350 (total $1,050).

The investment is lower because the Personal Performance Blueprint, initial review and 90-minute opening strategy process have already been completed. Continuing seasons are available only to clients who have completed the initial 12 weeks.

Health & Performance Coaching answers: “I know the health or physical result I want. Help me create the right strategy, apply it in real life, and make smart adjustments.” If the question you are carrying is closer to “I know there is more in me,” High Performance Coaching for Women is the deeper private work.
